Return Policy

At FOMO Clothing, a brand by Sahil Nawaz Khan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you. Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

Incorrect Product: If the product delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the item description on our website.

Quality or Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

Please note that our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in rural India, making each piece unique with slight variations.

Return Procedure:

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at thefomoclothing@gmail.com or WhatsApp our support team at +918889344441 within 2 days from the delivery date.
  2. Provide Details: Include the following details in your communication:
    • Order Number
    • Detailed unboxing video
    • Specify the reason for return
    • For defective or incorrect products, share a product image

Upon reviewing your request, we will initiate the return process. We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your location. Once the product is returned to us, we will proceed with the refund after 7 days of receiving the return.

Refund Policy

Damaged Goods: If you return the goods due to damage, you will receive a refund of the entire MRP of the product along with the delivery charges.

Other Reasons: For returns due to reasons other than damaged goods:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • A 25% deduction will be applied towards administrative costs from the MRP of the product.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Condition of Returned Goods: If the returned goods (for reasons other than damage) are found to be used, damaged, or broken, no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to determine the condition of returned goods.

Exclusions

  • The return policy is not applicable during specific SALE events (e.g., Diwali Sale, Independence Day Sale, etc.).
  • We do not offer replacements. Customers must place a new order for any returned products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at thefomoclothing@gmail.com
